The Crafted Hive Culture will gladly accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Unless the product is damaged, customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Please reach out and send us an email at ckdecor@thecraftedhive.com or visit our get in touch link located at the bottom of our Home Page and we will be happy to assist you.

If we have made a mistake, we will fix it! The shipping cost of damaged or broken items will be covered by us. If your product was damaged or broken in transit, please reach out to us immediately by sending us an email and we will help you with the process of getting a full refund. A refund/replacement will be given after the claim goes through. Damaged goods must be returned in their original packaging. Failure to comply with shop policies can result in denial of a claim.
